Our functional fitness classes are designed to help you build strength, stability, and mobility that translate into everyday life. Each session combines cardio, strength training, and bodyweight exercises to give you a well-rounded fitness foundation. You’ll work through movements like squats, lunges, deadlifts, and presses that mimic daily activities, making you feel stronger and more capable in your routine.
These classes are perfect for all fitness levels, and our coaches will help you adjust exercises to match your current abilities, allowing you to progress at a pace that feels right. Plus, you’ll be working out alongside others in a supportive, motivating environment, building camaraderie as you pursue your fitness goals together.
Our Barbell classes are focused on the sport of weightlifting, teaching you the techniques, strength, and precision needed for Olympic weightlifting exercises—like the snatch and clean & jerk— helping you build confidence, skill, and power under the bar. Each class includes technical drills, strength work, and personalised feedback to guide you towards safe and effective lifting.
We also deliver subcategory components associated to powerlifting, where you’ll master the three core lifts: the squat, bench press, and deadlift. Barbell class is designed to build maximum strength, with an emphasis on technique, form, and progression. Whether you’re new to lifting or looking to refine your skills, our Barbell class offer a supportive, team-focused environment to help you achieve your lifting goals.
Foundation Course
New to the gym and wanting to get started? Our foundations course runs periodically throughout the year and is mostly during the school holiday break. It is specifically for those with less than 6 months experience with functional fitness styled training. Find out more here.
