New to Fitness? No problem!
At Hānana Fitness we require all new members with less than 3 months experience to complete our Foundation Course.
This is a weekly class to learn the basics in a small, safe environment.
Once completed and you sign up with a weekly membership get your first week FREE!
Our Foundation course is designed to familiarise you with our facility, ethos and coaches. Introduce you to fundamental movements; screen movement, range of motion and assess your current level of fitness. Our Courses are held in a small group setting so that you can be comfortable with your peers on the journey with you.
The course will acquaint you with our training philosophy through some basic workouts. It also gives our coaches a chance to get to know you a little better off the gym floor.
Our Foundations Course consists of 1 hour sessions once a week. It will include specialised training and movement with a Coach.
All you need is a pair of shoes, a drink bottle, towel and the willingness to learn and get a little sweaty!
